5 MINUTE SPINACH [👇🏼RECIPE]
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
-1 5 oz box of Baby spinach
-1 Shallot
-Salt and Pepper
-Extra virgin olive oil
Method:
1)add 1.5-2 tbsp olive oil to a pan
2)slice shallots and add to pan, and sauté for 30 sec- 1 min until the slightly browned
3)add spinach and mix evenly to coat with oil [30 seconds]
4)season with salt and pepper
5) add dry wine, I used sake to the side of the pan, not the veg. The goal is to get the alcohol evaporated asap to create steam. Cover and steam for 1 min
6) plate and finish
