Описание:
It the battery tender flashing red and green, this normally means reverse polarity.
Just connect the positive to positive and negative to negative correctly.
However, in my case the polarity is correct but it is still showing green and red.
This means the battery could have develop internal short circuit and battery tender won't be able to charge it normally as it detect reverse polarity.
