Welcome to Pelvicore Rehab Plus , we are passionate about all things pelvic health and wellness related using a total body approach to healing.
The purpose of this channel is to spread awareness on the pelvic healing with accurate and current information.
We are looking forward to sharing videos on Bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction such as urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, urinary frequency, urinary hesitancy or retention. Bowel dysfunction can include constipation, incomplete evacuation, fecal incontinence and inability to hold back gas.
We look forward to sharing information on pregnancy wellness, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis rectus abdominus, pain during pregnancy and postpartum healing of the pelvic floor muscles and the core.
Those struggling with pain will learn useful information about pain with intercourse, pelvic pain , hip and groin pain, painful bladder syndrome, interstitial cyctitis, vulvodynia , vaginismus, prostatitis and Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome.
