The Constitutional Law Reform Commission yesterday launched its issue paper on the review of the laws on income tax in Papua New Guinea.
The issue paper highlighted that income tax in Papua New Guinea was among the highest in the world and disposable income after tax wasn’t enough to support a life style for those in the low to middle income range of salary.
The public is urged to take part in the review process and give their views to the commission.
