It shows Kellagh passing his Driving Test at the Stevenage Driving Test Centre.

The Video has commentary along the driving test route with mention of the roads taken. During the independent driving test the driving examiner asks Kellegh to follow the signs marked "A1" and the " Hertford " and than toward the town centre.

During the independent section of the Stevenage driving test Kellegha uses his own judgement and moves into the left hand lane after the under carriageway.
