VELVET PEAR
---------------------------------
ADD 1 EGG WHITE TO A SHAKER GLASS
---------------------------------
GIVE IT A DRY SHAKE TO EMULSIFY THE EGG WHITE
---------------------------------
ADD
1 oz - BRANDY
1/2 oz - GALLIANO
1/4 oz - DOMAINE DE CANTON
1/4 oz - LEMON JUICE
1 oz - ULTIMATE PEAR SYRUP
---------------------------------
TOSS IN SOME ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE
--------------------
STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COUPE GLASS
---------------------------------
GARNISH WITH STAR ANISE AND A PINCH OF CINNAMON...OR MORE
