Anxiety Relief For Children... Could Harry Potter Help?

Описание: When it comes to anxiety relief for children, I'm often contacted by parents who just wish there was something they could do to help them. Having helped many children beat anxiety in the past in a way that gives them relief I wanted to share with you a fun strategy that I often teach that empowers children to change the way they think.

And yes... the way I teach it draws parallels to one of the scenes in Harry Potter!
