Maximizing automatic tool change
PUMA VTR1012FC/1216FC greatly increases flexibility and productivity. New automatic tool magazine allows faster tool change time as it allows Capto head and tools to be automatically changed within the machine. Machine’s wheel type tool magazine can hold up to 2 Capto indexing head as well as 30 vertical and 30 horizontal capto tools. The PUMA VTR1012FC/1216FC also improves the machining efficiency of large workpieces due to use of a function that enables the user to select the TTC direction (left or right) with the M code, so simplifies TTC direction change can be done more easily.
