This video is a very important topic on basic life support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR) . To know about basic Life support is very important for every individual in this world. There are increasing rates of cardiac arrest in our day-to-day life today. We have described very briefly about the basic life support starting from the scene safety, then check for responsiveness call for help and chest compression and rescue breath.  we have also mentioned about the AED machine and how to operate it. We have not covered the ACLS here we will continue that in next video. At the end of the video, we have described about choking and hemlich manoeuvre .
