This 30-minute upper body strength workout uses dumbbells and a kettlebell and is designed to be simple, effective, and easy to follow at home.
It’s ideal if you’re:
returning to exercise after a break
fairly new to strength training
wanting a short, focused session without the overwhelm
We’ll work through controlled upper-body movements to build strength, improve stability, and boost confidence with weights — all with options to adjust the load and pace to suit where you’re at.
You don’t need loads of space or fancy kit — just a pair of dumbbells, one kettlebell, and 30 minutes for yourself.
