There is no way to completely avoid the risk of Birds of Prey so it is important to be educated in minimizing this risk by not being too predictable or testing fate when they are most likely to be hunting and more desperate for food. Daryl also goes into further detail how the level of threat in the location and time you fly will greatly depend on the particular species of Bird of Prey that happen to be there and what their hunting habits are like.
