Growing Fatsia Japonica Indoors and Out - Cold Hardy Tropical Plant Dupe

Описание: I know, it's long! In this video I really wanted to cover all the bases for how to grow Fatsia japonica. There are various ways to grow Fatsia as a houseplant and good things to know about growing them outdoors. I have long loved the Japanese aralia, aka, paper plant or rice paper plant because of their bold foliage and decent cold hardiness. They are fun and easy to grow houseplants worth trying for those that don't like to water very often. Propagating Fatsia japonica is also quite simple, but requires some patience. As if they weren't great enough, they also come in a variety of leaf colors with at least cultivars which are variegated. The variegated Fatsia include; Fatsia japonica 'spider's web': Fatsia japonica 'camoflauge': and Fatsia Japonica 'variegata.' On the note of variegation, I did mention my spider's web Fatsia reverted on me and the corrected itself, but it would have been best practice to cut the plant back to encourage variegation to return.
