*MW3 – Mission 2: “Hunter Killer” (Mission Description)*
“Hunter Killer” picks up right after the assault on New York begins. You play as *Frost**, a member of Delta Force, working alongside **Sandman**, **Truck**, and **Grinch**. Your objective is critical: **infiltrate a Russian Oscar II–class submarine hidden beneath the Hudson River and stop a devastating missile strike on the United States.*
The mission begins with your team underwater, approaching the sub from below using diver propulsion units. After planting charges and breaching the hull, you fight your way through the dark, confined interior of the submarine. Every room is tightly packed, filled with hostile Russian naval soldiers guarding the controls.
Once you reach the command center, Delta Force takes over the sub’s missile guidance system. In a desperate move to save New York, you **redirect the incoming missile attack back toward the Russian fleet**, turning their own strike against them.
The mission ends with a high-intensity escape as you surface amid burning warships, sprint across the deck, and leap off the submarine just before allied helicopters extract your team from the chaos.
