ingredients
1cup self rising flour
1tbs sugar
1Egg
1 cup of milk
2tbs of yoghurt
Little vanilla
Olive oil
Honey
Margarine
Instructions
1.Measure 1cup of rising flour and put in a bowl then add 1tbs of sugar and mix
2.On other place put egg and milk and whisk then add 2tbs of yoghurt.
3.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk properly till you get a thick and smooth batter then add little vanilla and mix properly
Heat the pan on a medium heat and add olive oil.Once hot add the batter on the pan and cook for 2-3minutes till small holes appear on the surface then flip and cook and cook on other side.
5.After done sprinkle some honey on the pancakes and margarine.
Serve when hot and enjoy your yummiest pancake with tea .
