Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of fresh salmon
Season with salt, garlic, and old bay
Dry Mix:
seafood breader (I used Moss but any brand is fine! Or seasoned flour)
Wet Batter:
2 cups of milk
1 egg
Dipping Sauce: Ranch
