The Three Borders Landmark is one of the oldest attractions in Iguassu Falls and marks the place where two great rivers meet and Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay come together. The landmark has undergone a huge transformation: its infrastructure has been revitalized and new attractions have been added in order to make it an unforgettable experience.
The beautiful setting where the Iguassu and Paraná Canyons meet in the lush rainforest has been preserved, where we can experience the culture and history of the region by seeing a replica of a Guarani Republic village – a utopian community set up by the Jesuits in the 17th century and also take a look at the Cabeza de Vaca memorial that pays homage to the first European to visit the Cataracts.
By far one of the best ways to take advantage of this unique place is to watch the sunset, followed by a light and water show in the fountains. After this, we have an unforgettable dinner at the Cabeza de Vaca restaurant where local and international cuisine can be savored while enjoying the magnificent view.
