Ingredients:
2 tsp Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 1/4 oz Rye Whiskey
1 1/4 oz Cognac
Lemon Peel Garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing glass combine both bitters and simple syrup.
Add the rye, fill with ice and stir.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Twist a lemon peel over the surface to extract the oils and garnish
