There may be no more greater example of a guitar, singing, crying, or telling a story, than what Gary Moore performed on this song... It has one of the legendary held notes in guitar solo history. Seriously, I cannot think of a more emotional instance of guitar playing playing... He originally wrote, and performed this song with his late, great friend from Thin Lizzy, Phil Linott... I'm guessing that whenever he played Parisian Walkway, right up till the day Gary passed away, he though of Phil, every time... Those emotions will bring something extra to the moment, no matter who you are.
