This is a gentle 10-minute Face Yoga session taken from my longer guided practice.
In this session, we move through the entire face and upper body — starting with the neck and shoulders, flowing into lymphatic tapping, and then working deeply yet gently on the jaw, cheeks, neck, eyes, and forehead.
This practice is designed to:
• Release jaw and facial tension
• Support lymphatic drainage
• Improve circulation and natural glow
• Encourage gentle lift and tone
• Help your face feel calm, relaxed, and supported
This is not about force or overworking.
It’s about awareness, breath, and mindful movement.
