What we lack in one way or another says a lot for a stupid commoner

Every question that’s already laid out for us
Every answer that we have, all is doomed to repeat
Almost as if we are blinded by the misunderstandings that fill our daily lives

Our trivial mistakes all without consequence
Pile up in to the depths right before it’s noticed

At this point we blend in trying to clear up what’s misunderstood

The chances quickly growing a vortex of info
A missing piece that separates everyone
Is no longer found. There is nothing to amend here
Jumping at the chances you get, showing every part of you

Us common people left it all up to chance
Many pieces that we own are a bit distorted
Gushing out those complaints
Never knowing of not knowing of not knowing
Until, dreadful flavors emerge

Out of pocket remarks that still go unpunished
Once it’s known that I was wrong, I’ll speak to brush it off
Honestly it’s cliche
At this point just throw away your smart ideals
Soon enough, they will start to make light
We who lurk inside this world are called common people

When the words that have been let loose on their own begin
To disturb the peaceful mood up until for the first time
I realize that everybody’s living with their heads placed deep inside their hands

I’m drowning deep inside of this vortex of info
Connected recordings to our memories
Are shifting away. Shame is thrown upon my shoulders
Even if the time isn’t right that exposure comes along

We, the common people left it all up to chance
