Bhoomika is a brilliant example of this- she was born into poverty but dance chose her from the moment we laid eyes on her when visiting our small village. We brought Bhoomika with us back to city life whereupon she flourished!
She has never had professional training, nor any influence to dance in front of the camera, but she does it more confidently than most of the professional dancers you will know of.
