Chicken Tinga Tostadas
For this recipe we will need:
4 cups of cooked shredded chicken
1 small link of chorizo
3 tomatoes
1/2 of an onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
half a can of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
1 tsp chicken buillon
water
corn tortillas or premade tostadas
1 cup oil for frying tortillas
Toppings and Serving:
refried beans
lettuce
crema fresca or sour cream
queso fresco
