Let's start with the specs:
Comfort-Flex® shoulder holster system
Made in the USA from premium full grain leather
Features a specially contoured harness design
2 adjustable tension screws on the dual mag pouch

In search of the most comfortable shoulder holster, I came across this Aker Leather shoulder holster rig and I absolutely love it. It is very lightweight, very comfortable, easy to adjust and is tested by years and years of perfection... since 1981 to be specific. Made right here in the USA!

Now if you are looking for shoulder holster concealed carry, this might be a great option if you have a compact gun. If you do, however, want a leather shoulder holster for 1911, especially full sized, you might want to consider a vertical system for better concealment.

Great reviews on both Amazon and Aker's website for this system, as well as making to a top of a few best shoulder holster online lists.
