Premix Ingredients
• ¼ cup moong dal
• ¼ cup toor dal
• ¼ cup masoor dal
• ¼ cup roasted chickpeas
• 1 tbsp coriander seeds
• 2 dried red chillies
• 4–5 peppercorns
• Few sun-dried curry leaves
Roast everything till slightly golden and aromatic. Cool, grind to a smooth powder, and store in an airtight jar.

You need
• 1 tbsp butter
• Garlic & onion (chopped)
• Beans, carrot, boiled sweet corn
• Salt
• 2 cups water
• 1 tbsp soup premix
• Coriander leaves + lemon
Steps
1. Heat butter, sauté garlic & onion.
2. Add veggies + salt, cook lightly.
3. Add 2 cups water and bring to boil.
4. Stir in 1 tbsp soup powder.
5. Cover and cook a few mins till slightly thick.
6. Finish with coriander & lemon.
