McComb City Hospital, built in 1911, served the community for decades, undergoing multiple expansions before closing in the late 1960s with the opening of a new regional medical facility. Over the years, the building was repurposed for various uses, but it now sits vacant, its future uncertain. While there are plans to restore it as a primary care clinic, its current state of abandonment makes it a poignant subject to document before time and neglect erase its original character forever.
