Solo Female Trucker First Ferry Crossing on the Danube

Hello my dears!🌺

Today’s video starts in Botoșani, where I finished unloading and then continued my journey towards Bucharest for the next pickup. On the way, I spotted a beautiful monastery called Mănăstirea Zosin. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to stop and visit because I was in a hurry to get to the loading place, but I did fly the drone over it so we could at least see how it looks from above.🌞
After loading in Bucharest, I headed towards Bechet, where I crossed the Danube by ferry. The whole process took about 1.5 hours, which is much faster compared to the 15-hour waiting times that happens at the Giurgiu–Ruse border crossing.
On the ferry I had to make quite a long turn before they positioned me, but everything moved surprisingly quickly 🚛
On my way to Greece, I stopped in Kresna, Bulgaria because there is a place there that sells a lot of delicious bakery products. I bought something similar to a plăcintă cu telemea (a traditional Romanian salty cheese pie), and it was incredibly tasty. Paired with ayran, it’s honestly a perfect combination 🥧
When I arrived in Lamia, Greece I parked the truck and went for a walk to explore the city. The trees are full of oranges, and I was lucky enough to arrive on market day. I bought 1 kg of oranges for 3.5 euros, and I can honestly say they were the best oranges I’ve ever tasted 🍊
There are so many cats on the streets, olives at the market, amazing coffee, and unforgettable desserts. At one café I bought three different kinds of sweets 🍰 The people were kind, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the whole experience made the place feel very special.
Greece is one of my favorite destinations for deliveries, and I can’t wait to come back again 🇬🇷
