GHMCతో పాటు మల్కాజ్ గిరి, సైబరాబాద్ కార్పొరేషన్లుగా విభజన చేసింది. మూడు కార్పోరేషన్లకు కమిషనర్లను నియమిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. పాలక మండలి గడువు ముగియటంతో GHMCకి ప్రత్యేక అధికారిగా జయేశ్ రంజన్ ను నియమించిన సర్కారు...మిగతా రెండు కార్పోరేషన్ల బాధ్యతలను కూడా అప్పగించింది. ప్రభుత్వ ఆదేశాల మేరకు స్పెషల్ ఆఫీసర్ తో పాటు ... ఆయా కమిషనర్లు బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించారు.
