TODAY'S RECIPE IS Orange Sponge Cake Recipe | Orange Plain Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
3 egg white
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 2/3 cup
Beat until stiff peaks
Oil 1/4 cup
Add yolks one at a time
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Orange zest 1/2 tsp
Orange juice 1/4 cup
Add gradually
7 inch mould
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 min on medium flame
After 5 min place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 25-35 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 25-35 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
