This video discusses the recent study by Professor Hendon titled “Moisture-controlled triboelectrification during coffee grinding”. I have discussed the most interesting part of the study which is about the effects of RDT on coffee charge and extraction. I have also discussed the surprising results of my experiments with RDT using the 078S grinder.
