Frozen Strawberry Mochi 🍓
Soft, chewy, and refreshing — this frozen strawberry mochi is the perfect sweet treat for warm days. Made with simple ingredients and a creamy strawberry filling, it’s light, delicate, and incredibly satisfying.
Ingredients
100g glutinous rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
170ml sweet strawberry milk
20g sugar
130g strawberry yoghurt/ ice-cream
method
1. In a bowl combined flour, salt, sugar and strawberry milk, mix welk to form a smooth paste. Pour it into a saucepan.
2. On a medium flame keep stiring until a dough forms, keep stirring or it will burn.
3. Let it cool.
4. Put yoghurt in moulds and freeze for 4 hours.
5. On a rolling surface pour lots of cornstarch and roll out the dough.
6. Put in the frozen filling into dough and pinch.
7. Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
8. Enjoy !
