Crab and Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 12pax)
2 cans of 425g cream style corn
3 cups chicken stock
1 large onion, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded kani sticks
1 cup crab meat/ shrimps
*1 cup shredded chicken meat (pre-cooked), optional
1/2 cube Knorr chicken cube
2 eggs
2 tbsp sesame oil
spring onions, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
*for 1 cup shredded chicken meat:
Just cook around 2-3pcs bone-in chicken in boiling water. Add slices of ginger and season with salt. Once cooked, shred the chicken into thin strips. Save the chicken stock and add to your corn soup.
