NATS: "Bring us all full of prosperity, ((ha-ha-ha!)) so mode it be!"
That was one of the Wiccan calls that self-proclaimed "witch," Elwood "Bunky" Bartlett says led to him winning Maryland's Mega-Millions jackpot.
NATS: "Only that which is in accord of me, so I do will, so mode it be!"
Bartlett says he's now going to spend a chunk of his new millions opening a real-life "Hogwarts" - a school for witches.
But it will have a different name.

"Willow Springs Sanctuary, so, and that came to me out of the blue, so we're going to go for it."
TAKE VO:
"This is for anyone who wishes to learn. It's not going to just be about Wicca and the religion. They're going to learn about druidism, they're going to learn about shamanism."
His real-estate agent is now looking for a multi-acre property for him to buy in Maryland for the school.
For years, Bartlett has been a Wicca high priest, in charge of a "coven" of six witches, including Amy Blackthorn, who hopes the new school will show Wicca devotees how to manage their finances.

"Things in the budget and the mundane realm are also going to be addressed, how to get out of below the poverty line."
Before he took home 33-million dollars in lottery winnings last month, Bartlett was a full-time accountant.
"I'm not looking to create 50 million covens and have it spread worldwide, no, if it happens, great."
He's also funding an expansion of the store where he has taught for years, "Mystickal Voyage," in Nottingham, Maryland.
And has made a large donation to a Stonehenge preservation group in England, so two of his fellow witches can get married inside the prehistoric stone circle.
NATS: "We bid you hail and farewell: HAIL AND FAREWELL!"
