This is the final footage I have of The Stonetalon Mountains area that I had got to.
This shows the clearest of all 3 in regards to 'HELP' sadly it seems I only have the one screenshot of 'brb' (as I could never get a good shot I didn't take any and before long Cataclysm came along). I can assure you that 'brb' from what I could see is the most likely word/phrase for it to have been.
Once more this was taken on the free version of fraps as I cannot afford to dish out money for a few vids.
I should also point out that to the best of my knowledge I am the only person to have found these as, at time of writing I have been able to find no other sources even mentioning this - the closest they come is getting out of map to the west and getting to the shrine which is now openly accessible in Cata.
One last thing for anyone who cares my character is a Tauren Hunter on the European server Eonar, he was also my first. For one final bit of epicness, think or say out-loud slowly 'Two-Dar-Re' in a deep male Tauren accent - that's how epic my character was.
