An individual allegedly ignited a pile of garbage near the railway track at Gauri Bazar railway station set off a smoke alarm inside Shaheed Express. The incident took place on November 13 around 5.45pm. The express train was stationed on a loop line at the railway station. The train, already delayed by over four hours, did not need to make an additional stop. Quick action by onboard coach attendants resulted in the deactivation of the false alarm.
