CHEERS (malayalam short film)2022

Описание: Two men drinking in a bar. They are in deep thought. They are discussing about the options available to the bar owner if they don’t pay the bill. They arrive at three options: a. Make them work at the bar, b. Beat them up, or c. Call the police. Is there a fourth or fifth option? Or, with all our intelligence and wisdom, are we eternally stuck to the available ones? As the discussion goes on, the waiter, supervisor, manager and the chairman join them, joining their discussion to search for other options. Does more heads mean more brains, divergent thinking and so, more options? Or are we all imprisoned by the same logic and Rules of the Game that has been set by the System? Are we asking the wrong questions? Or, despite all our will and wish, are every such probes and enquiries susceptible to be absorbed by the System?

Cheers is all about questions that remain unuttered, options that remain unexplored and alternatives that we turn blind eye to…….
