【ゲームあらすじ】
東京は核攻撃で壊滅し、人々はあらかじめ準備された地下施設「シェルター」へ避難。デビルバスターたち（DB）が地上の悪魔掃討作戦を決行したが、増加する悪魔たちに押され、シェルターの扉を固く閉ざすようになった。悪魔との戦闘もなくなり、シェルター内で暮らす人々は平和な暮らしにも慣れていった…一方、地上は無政府状態が続いている。

Game Description:
Tokyo was devastated by a nuclear attack, and people evacuated to pre-prepared underground facilities known as "shelters." The Devil Busters (DB) carried out operations to exterminate demons on the surface, but as demons increased in number, the shelter doors were sealed tightly. With no more battles against demons, the people living in the shelters gradually became accustomed to a peaceful life… Meanwhile, the surface remains in a state of anarchy.
