Описание: Cortex of Light is an attempt to trace new configurations of the audible spectrum in order to alter the usual relations between body, mind and sound. The movements of rhythm and the dynamics at the core of this "breathing" music are determined by the interaction of few elements in complex and ever changing relations: keys to open the space of primal perception. Repetition and multiple layers of processed field recordings, sample de-materialization and en-trancing cerimonial rhythms set up a meditative space to bring the light of the mind back to his holy temple: the body. The sonic space becomes a vaporous trans-dimensional cloud, deep and subtle. In time, out of time. This wide-open sonic field is effortlessly filled by the cosmic vibrations: slow waves flowing without constraints to dissolve the self into infinite particles of astral matter.
