Join local volunteers on the front lines as they spend nights and weekends humanely trapping feral cats, transporting them to clinics for spay/neuter surgery and vaccinations, and safely returning them to their outdoor homes. Through powerful rescue footage and expert insight, this video shows how TNR is about far more than population control—it’s about improving quality of life and creating balance within neighborhoods.

TNR works by stopping the cycle of overpopulation, stabilizing colonies, and preventing shelters from becoming overwhelmed. Neutering also improves feline health by reducing fighting, spraying, and the stress of mating, while vaccinations protect both cats and the surrounding community.
At the heart of this movement are the volunteers. Often working in the early morning hours, they check traps before sunrise, cover food and medical costs out of pocket, and care for cats who have no one else. They face emotional challenges while advocating for sick and injured animals, and their dedication prevents widespread suffering. Without these compassionate individuals, community cat populations would grow unchecked. With their efforts, TNR becomes a bridge between seeing feral cats as a problem and recognizing them as neighbors.
