Attorneys for J5 Pipe Bomber Argue He's Not Good at Building IEDs and Should Be on Pretrial Release

Counsel for J5 Pipe Bomber Brian J. Cole are still trying to get their client on pretrial release, filing a motion this week to revoke his detention order and in that motion arguing that Cole is not dangerous because, well, according to their own explosives expert, he's not very good at building pipe bombs.

This is the order that the defense is trying to get revoked.
