🌶️ Chapli Kabab Recipe (Peshawari Style)
🥩 Ingredients
• Minced beef / mutton – 500 gm
• Onion (finely chopped) – 1 large
• Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 medium
• Green chilies (chopped) – 2–3
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Fresh coriander (chopped) – 3 tbsp
• Fresh mint (optional) – 2 tbsp
• Gram flour (besan) – 2 tbsp
• Cornflour – 1 tbsp (for binding)
• Egg – 1 (optional)
• Pomegranate seeds (anaar dana) – 1 tbsp (optional but authentic)
🧂 Spices
• Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Crushed red chili – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds (crushed) – 1 tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
🍳 For Frying
• Oil – as needed

👩🍳 Method
1. In a bowl, add minced meat, onion, tomato, green chilies, ginger-garlic, coriander & mint.
2. Add all spices, salt, besan, cornflour, egg & anaar dana.
3. Mix well and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Take mixture, make flat round kababs (Chapli style).
6. Fry on medium heat till golden brown from both sides.
7. Serve hot with naan, salad & mint chutney.

💡 Tips
• Don’t over-mash the mixture; light texture makes kababs juicy.
• Medium flame gives perfect crispness.
