In 2024, Saipem with our LHS Foundation produced “Fail Safe”, a powerful film inspired by a real-life incident in a confined space, analysed through the lens of Human Performance principles.
The film aims to highlight the critical importance of embedding Human Performance principles into corporate safety culture, promoting greater awareness and attention to human behaviour in high-risk operational contexts.
“Fail Safe” is a core element of a broader training programme that reaches across all levels of personnel: from leadership and supervisors to frontline workers fostering a shared, responsible approach to incident prevention and reinforcing a strong safety culture within organisations.
