Yamada EX-Air Solenoid Valves are electrically actuated shuttle valves designed for precise operation and control of Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps. Unlike standard internally controlled c-spool valves piloted by an air signal, EX-Air valves operate via electrical input. This allows for accurate metering, batch control, and integration with automated systems.

A solenoid pump can now be operated with a PLC remotely for additional control, maintenance cycle counts, or to function safely in a hazardous environment.

We can do a simple direct mount, or remote mount for these solenoid applications. Single or dual configurations. And we offer electrical ratings of 12 and 24 VDC or 115 VAC.

Yamada can also retrofit existing pumps without major modifications!

They provide consistent pump cycle rate for batching or continuous flow and simplify preventive maintenance when paired with our YSC-3 and Batch Controllers. They can also be integrated into existing PLC systems on site.
