Located in between Setia Alam and Eco Ardence, this project leveraged on the sophisticated infrastructure developed by the adjacent townships. Then they stand out by the very private and low density arrangement, only 60 units per acre. With such luxury of space, the facilities and carparks are spread out across ground floor instead of a facility podium above the carpark structure.

Well that raised some concerns as the horizontal traveling distance from the carpark to the unit can be quite a walk. But the ground floor swimming pools felt really different. Well we have visited the unit before, but the amazing thing is both blocks adopted the same design and both were sold out. That just shows how well thought the designs are.

The concern I have will be on the commercial land in between both blocks. The team had plans to connect all components together, but unfortunately due to the uncertainty of the economy it hasn't been rolled out. For residents then, there will be an affordable housing scheme and warehouse build behind the project.
