Samosa Chaat is the name of a street food item made in North India and Pakistan. Chat is very easy to make and its one of my favorites. Who doesn't like chats? Samosa can be used in many chaat recipes, I even love to have it as is it with just sweet and green chutney. Homemade chaats are always special.

Ingredients for Samosa Chat

Samosa as per your need
salt as per your taste
Coriander Powder
Roasted Cumin seed powder
Red chilli flakes
Yogurt
Coriander chutney
Chaat masala
Dalmoth / Bhujuri / Bhujiya
Fresh red/green chillis

To Prepare Yellow Pea - Chole
1 finely chopped small onion
Yellow peas (dry) 200 g
Turmeric ¼ ts
Garlic and Ginger finely Chopped
Cumin seed powder
