How I got here:

2009: Left the business world.
2010: Became a Bible teacher in Chicago. Realized I needed more education.
2011: Enrolled in M.Div program at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (TEDS).
2011: We had our firstborn during my first semester.
2012: Realized I loved apologetics. Switched from M.Div to M.A. Phil. Religion.
2013: Wife was let go from her job while 35 weeks pregnant. I became a pastor.
2013–2016: Served as a youth pastor. discipling middle and high school students.
2014: Wife diagnosed with cancer while pregnant. God taught us faith.
2014–2015: Discovered Calvinism, New Covenant Theology, and Presup Apologetics.
2015: Our thirdborn got leukemia. God tested and trained us in real time.
2016: Church restructured and I was let go. Joined multisite church in Chicago.
2016–2018: Led family min and evangelism as Assoc. and Interim lead pastor.
2016 Wrote Catakids! catechism to teach my young kiddos the faith.
2017: Graduated cum laude from TEDS. Wrote capstone papers on apologetics of Jonathan Edwards and John Frame under Doug Sweeney and Kevin Vanhoozer.
2018: Left local church ministry and joined Cru Church Movements as missionaries.
2018–2022: Served churches with evangelism and worldview training.
2019: Thirdborn got heart failure. God built our ministry from Lurie Children's Hospital.
2020: Started homeschooling. Son received heart transplant.
2020: Launched the Hammer & Anvil Society as a local Chicago men's fraternity.
2021: Wrote original apologetics and worldview curriculum.
2022–2025: Taught apologetics and worldview/philosophy at homeschool co-ops.
2022: Left Cru and launched The Think Institute as a standalone nonprofit.
2023: Wrote The Bible Based Worldview book.
2023: Re-launched the Hammer & Anvil Society as an international men's fellowship.
2024: Joined Village Bible Church.
2024–2026: Set up a "wing" of The Think Institute at the church, teaching adult apologetics and worldview classes, family camps, men's retreat sessions, student elective courses, and Sunday sermons.
2025: Launched on Substack. YouTube channel hit 1M views.
Today: We now reach 75K+ people per month across all platforms and distribute 1000+ educational resources each year.
