Oracle APEX: How to add an Image as BLOB to Existing Table/Form/Report

Описание: Have you ever created a table, form, report with the low code wizards inside Oracle APEX then realized you needed a image added to the page? If so this video is for you.

In this video our developer has created an existing table inside Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing DB. On the table he has leveraged the out of the box forms and reports wizards to create a simple data entry and display field.

Now the developer needs to:
1. Add a image column to the table as a BLOB with the associated filename, mimetype and created_date fields.
2. Add a form field for a user to upload a image.
3. Modify the report to include and display the image.

This video will walk through step by step how to perform the task, including a look at a few of the gotcha's developers sometimes run into in the process.
