FEA: Beam Bracket (Analysis) SolidWorks II Simulation

Описание: In this video, I am going to explain about static analysis (FEA) of Beam Bracket in Simulation module of SolidWorks. Also, I am going to explain, how to analysis stresses, deformation of component and calculate Factor of Safety of the component.

Problem Statement: Beam Bracket shown in the figure is fastened with the Steel Beam on the Ceiling of a Machine Room using 2 (M16) Bolts . The load of applied 1000 N on the inner cylindrical surface. The bracket material is Aluminum - 1060 Alloy. Find out the maximum stress and its location in the bracket and Factor of Safety of the Bracket.
