Hello Pilates Lovers!
My daughter Bella occasionally joins my Pilates and she begged me to be part of a video and this is the video that we did together. It is a fun filled with laughter video with Able our dog trying to join us as well.
We did the basic Pilates and Yoga flexibility eccentric stretching and strengthening of both upper extremities and lower extremities that are easy to follow so that your child could join you. When you strength your child's core, it will help prevent injuries during their active lifestyle may it be in sports , dance or any type of fun activities.
Here are the list of the exercises we did.
While lying on your back
1. Table top
2. Table top with hip abduction
3. Leg circles
4. half rolling like a ball
5.scissoring
6. bicycle
7.double leg circles
8. double knee bends
9. bridging
Lying on your side
1. heel slides
2. reverse heel slides
3. sidelying leg circles
4. clam shell
5. side plank
on your stomach
1. single knee bends
2. double knee bends
3. swimming
4. supergirl
Hands and knees
1. back kicks
2, downward dog
3 child pose
