A lot of you saw me making plays on Sundays with the Cincinnati Bengals, but the road to get there wasn't a straight line. In this video, I’m sitting down with Rashad Johnson to talk about my "new life" after retirement and the real story behind my career.

I wanted to share this because I know there are athletes out there dealing with the same things I did. Decisions about money, injuries that feel like the end of the world, position changes you didn't ask for, and the pressure of the recruiting process.

Also just getting real about the importance of financial literacy and why making sound decisions with your money is just as critical as making plays. From understanding investments to knowing when to say "no," I'm sharing the highs and lows of that journey so the next generation can be better prepared than I was.
