The way to master the standardis a two-pronged learning approach:
Enterprise Architects rationalize the design top-down, via the 15 concepts and their hierarchies.
Project Architects examine the data model packages (derived from the ontology module) and scope subset models.
The recommended development process is iterative (as in Spiral or Agile).
